At RocketMags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied within the first 90 days, you’re eligible for a full refund. After 90 days, refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining subscription term.  

Delivery Times

Magazines published weekly (48-52 issues per year) or bi-weekly (22-26 issues per year) should arrive within 4–8 weeks of ordering. Monthly magazines (9–12 issues per year) usually arrive within 6–10 weeks, but some may take up to 12 weeks. Bi-Monthly magazines (published 6-8 times per year) usually arrive in 8-12 weeks.  For less frequent publications, like quarterly or seasonal titles, delivery can take up to 12-16 weeks.

These are standard industry timelines, and we will make every effort to deliver your order in the fastest time. Please note, our 90-day money-back guarantee is extendable for quarterly and bimonthly publications due to their longer lead times for the first issue.

Refund Policy

We will always issue a full refund if none of the magazines on your order have arrived.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out through our Contact page or email us at customercare@rocketmags.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, and please note that we currently accept credit or debit card payments only.

Refund Times

Refunds will post to the original payment method and will generally be available in 3-5 business days.  PayPal refunds will post immediately to your PayPal account.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Send an email to our support team at customercare@rocketmags.com with your order number and subscription details, and a representative will address your request within 2 business days.
